City University London has announced the winners of its Department of Cultural Policy and Management Scholarship and Bursary Scheme 2008/9.

The winner of the UK bursary is Phoebe Kallin the overseas scholarship is Niloufer Sagar, from India and UK scholarship is Paul Bowman.

The scheme aims to open access to its MA Culture, Policy and Management by offering bursaries and scholarships to people who can demonstrate their commitment to and vision for the future of the charity sector through voluntary work.
