Futurebuilders England has made its first major external appointment since the Adventure Capital Fund took over the Futurebuilders contract in April.

Gill Nunn, currently director of Innovation at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), will join Futurebuilders in October as director of Market Development, with responsibility for marketing the fund to potential investees and generating high quality funding applications.

She will also be responsible for Futurebuilders’ communications strategy and its website.

Nunn joined CAF in 2006 after an 18-year career leading change at HBOS, and has led the charity focused sales and marketing for the award winning financial services at CAF.

Jonathan Lewis, chief executive of Futurebuilders England, said: “Gill has exactly the skills and experience we were looking for when we drew up the specification for this vitally important new post."
